What We Do

Our goal is to support individuals in a holistic and integrated way, providing comprehensive support across all stages of development – from early childhood to career readiness.

Our Approach:

Connect

Young people and the community to valuable resources, stakeholders, and opportunities.

Curate

Content and programs that address specific needs in rural areas.

Enable

Access to spaces, networks, and expertise that can empower youth and communities.

Where We Work

The spatial configuration of our country and the rapid urban development over decades has stripped South Africa’s rural communities of human capital, reconfigured family structures and deprioritised infrastructure and economic development investment. Ngangezwe has joined the chorus of efforts aimed at shining the diamonds that are our rural communities in South Africa, revitalising and injecting socioeconomic investment and awakening the giants that those left in these communities are.

Our work in focused on the Moses Kotane Local Municipality in the Bojanala District of the North West Province in South Africa. The genesis of our programmes is located in Motlhabe a village just outside the Pilanesburg mining belt
